Why it is important to have breakfast?

       Do you think that it is not a breakfast? Apparently many who do not like or even miss breakfast because of the rush reason, afraid of stomach ache, and no time, the habit of  being accompanied by lunch. In fact, the most important meal is the breakfast alias in the morning. As the importance of breakfast, there is a saying, "Breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a beggar."
      Then, Supporting factors to have a healthy body from a young to old age and avoid some diseases such as high blood pressure, obesity, heart, up to diabetes is to do breakfast. With breakfast you can reduce the disease so as not to attack for long term, healthy body to old.
       Moreover, The brain requires an energy intake to think with a steady concentration of good power. Breakfast is a brain fuel for the beginning of the activity to go well. Many studies have shown positive outcomes that breakfast can help the brain concentration and ability to think and improve the level of sugar that decreases drastically overnight during our rest.
     Therefore,  It is advisable to make the breakfast that we eat to be a good source of energy, is to choose breakfast with low-fat foods, avoid high fatty meat food at breakfast, high protein foods, fiber-rich foods, vegetables and The fruits are very good for breakfast, do not forget also to select eggs and milk very good for breakfast. Do not forget to choose fresh cow milk that does not add salt because the acid content in salt can reduce the bond of potassium. Also milk is produced with the nutrients technology that preserves the flavor, all the nutrients and goodness of milk, so it is not easily contaminated bacteria.
