       Do you think that it is not a breakfast? Apparently many who do not like or even miss breakfast because of the rush reason, afraid of stomach ache, and no time, the habit of  being accompanied by lunch. In fact, the most important meal is the breakfast alias in the morning. As the importance of breakfast, there is a saying, "Breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince, and dinner like a beggar."
      Then, Supporting factors to have a healthy body from a young to old age and avoid some diseases such as high blood pressure, obesity, heart, up to diabetes is to do breakfast. With breakfast you can reduce the disease so as not to attack for long term, healthy body to old.
       Moreover, The brain requires an energy intake to think with a steady concentration of good power. Breakfast is a brain fuel for the beginning of the activity to go well. Many studies have shown positive outcomes that breakfast can help the brain concentration and ability to think and improve the level of sugar that decreases drastically overnight during our rest.
     Therefore,  It is advisable to make the breakfast that we eat to be a good source of energy, is to choose breakfast with low-fat foods, avoid high fatty meat food at breakfast, high protein foods, fiber-rich foods, vegetables and The fruits are very good for breakfast, do not forget also to select eggs and milk very good for breakfast. Do not forget to choose fresh cow milk that does not add salt because the acid content in salt can reduce the bond of potassium. Also milk is produced with the nutrients technology that preserves the flavor, all the nutrients and goodness of milk, so it is not easily contaminated bacteria.

         the internet can be very easily accessed thanks to wireless technology, WiFi. However, people are advised to be careful using these facilities. Because free WiFi actually risks the security of personal data of internet users.

     This was revealed by experts in London who recently conducted research related to the use of WiFI in public places. In the research, British cyber security expert Colin Tankard revealed that WiFi facilities in public places were prone to data theft. Open it, cyber crime can also break into credit cards without the slightest being realized by the victim.

        According to Tankard, one way that can be taken is to install a virtual private network (VPN) that is accompanied by anti-virus. VPN works to encrypt activities on the internet, making it difficult for hackers. Although most VPN services are paid, the free VPN provided by Avira or Sophos is sufficient.

How to substract on playing video games?

             Part of the reason video games eat up so much time is because they’re so engaging. It’s easy to get lost in their finely-crafted worlds, or get hooked by their clever progression systems that leave you saying “Just one more thing...” I can’t count how many times I’ve sat down to play Breath of the Wild for “a couple minutes” then looked up to see hours have gone by, or popped into Overwatch to play “a few matches” then realize it’s suddenly past my bedtime.
            When you sit down to play a game, I’ve found setting a timer helps a lot. Set a daily limit for yourself and try to keep to it. Even if you don’t stop as soon as the timer goes off, you still become aware of how much time you’ve spent playing that day, and awareness is key. It can help to create a ruleset for your gaming too, like “I’ll only play games with friends” or “I can only play games on certain days of the week.” That said, don’t restrict yourself too much or you won’t keep to your goals. It’s okay to splurge every once in awhile and plan an occasional “free gaming day.”
            There’s no way around it: some games require a much bigger time investment than other games, and giant open-world exploration games. I spent way too much time doing basically nothing in GTA V, have barely scratched the surface of Persona 5 at nearly 40 hours in, and would probably cry if I looked at my total time played during the golden age of World of Warcraft.

Our parents always tell us against eating junk foods for its bad effects but there are some hidden health benefits of junk food. It’s interesting right?!           The ingredients of junk food contain rich nutrients which help in fighting against certain seasonal diseases as well. Let see what are the nutrients available in different varieties of junk foods.

The Importance of Reading and Writing


          Is the ability to read and write more important today than in the past? Everyone has his answer depending on his experience and life style. Some people think it is true because people need not read and write in past. On the contrary, other people believe there is not big difference between today and yesterday.
           for my propensity is that knowledge is very important for us today. Without education, it is very hard to find a good job and you will have a hard time to do the work. There is too much new knowledge today. In the past days, people can teach each other by oral, therefore, reading and writing is not as important as now. However, if you enter a company today, your supervisor will only give you a instruction book and tell you begin to study it. Nobody has time to teach you by oral. If you can read and write well, you will get more smoothly at work.
           Communication is,  I have chosen to put here. Many professions require people to work in team to solve problems and make decisions. Reading and writing can help you to know other colleague are doing, on the other hand, it can also help you to tell other people what you have done and your plan for next step.
          To be honest, I cannot deny that some people who cannot read or write also have a nice life today. Nevertheless, for the normal people, the benefits of reading and writing carry much more weight than illiterate, so the conclusion is obvious.
            For all factors presented above, we can safely draw the conclusion that reading and writing are more important today than in the past. Furthermore, we should pay more attention to improve our ability of reading and writing.
